Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This page describes how this website currently works, but it has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Wording, retention periods and statutory references must be confirmed before publication.
This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the public website only; partner deployments are governed by separate written agreements.
1. Who we are
Positive Outcomes Alliance (POA) designs human-led operating models that coordinate people, systems and specialist agents. This website explains that work.
2. What the contact form collects
When you send an inquiry, the form collects:
- Your name, organization, work email and sector.
- A description of the operational challenge you want to discuss.
- Optionally: your role, preferred timeline, current systems and desired outcome.
- Whether you confirmed the notice on the form. We record the confirmation, not a signature.
3. Why we collect it
Only to reply to your inquiry, understand the context you describe, and decide whether a conversation is useful. We do not sell contact details and we do not use them for advertising.
4. Please do not send sensitive information
The form is not a secure channel for confidential records. Do not include personal details about other people, case files, health information, legal matters or anything you would not send by ordinary email.
The form is not monitored for emergencies.
5. Where it is stored and who can see it
Inquiries are stored in POA's inquiry records and a notification is emailed to the POA team. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond.
The website and its records run on third-party hosting and email services that process this information on our behalf.
6. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation. Retention periods are being confirmed as part of legal review; until then, records are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
7. Asking us to delete your information
Send a request through the contact form and say that you want your inquiry deleted. We will confirm when it has been removed. We may ask for enough information to be satisfied the request comes from you, and we may need to keep a minimal record where the law requires it.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. If analytics or any other non-essential tool is added later, it will run only after you consent, and this page will say so.
Your browser may store basic technical information needed to load the site.
9. Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, or to complain to a privacy regulator. Which rights apply, and how they are exercised, is part of the legal review of this page.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
